Our team is here to make your event planning simple and stress free. Pass Life Workspace has many of the items you’ll need for the event, and if we don’t have it, we know someone who does! Let us help with the details.

Complimentary Items (included in rental fee):

  • Basic gray folding chairs: up to 40

  • 6’ tables: up to 10

  • Bistro tables: up to 10

  • Podium

  • A/V & sound equipment, projector

Add-ons:

  • White round 5’ tables: $10/ea (for seating up to 25 max)

  • Black chairs: $5/ea (for seating up to 25 max)

  • US linens rental: price varies

  • Draping: $75 window frame installation (30ft of drape)

  • Candle centerpieces: $15/table (includes 3 flameless candles + faux greens, up to 8 tables)
